ESR10, Melita Kaltak, announced the publication of our latest manuscript in which we provide first evidence of successful exon skipping in the ABCA4 gene. We introduce an innovative antisense oligonucleotide-based strategy that could potentially offer therapeutic benefits to the community affected by Stargardt disease.
